V. Modification, Deletion, and Anonymization

For Subscribed Users, if the contract expires without renewal and we have notified you that you no longer have access to our products/services, we shall delete your account information. For trial users, if you have submitted personal information to apply for trial services, you may contact us via the methods listed under the Contact Us section of this Policy to request the deletion of your personal information. However, once your personal information is deleted, you will no longer have access to the trial products/services. If you do not request deletion within three (3) years of submitting your personal information, we shall delete it after three (3) years.

5.2 For Subscribed Users, if you need to modify your personal information, you may submit a request by emailing the sales representative assigned to you. Upon updating your information, we shall delete the old personal information.

5.3 If the Website decides to cease operations, we shall stop collecting your personal information upon service termination. You shall be notified of the cessation of operations through announcements, in-site messages, SMS, emails, or other appropriate means. We shall delete or anonymize the collected personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

VI. Disclosure of Personal Information
